First Lady Irma Dulaney

The First Lady of Word of Faith Pentecostal Church, Sister Irma Dulaney, wears various hats. Besides fulfilling the basic duties of being a pastor's wife where she goes above and beyond by helping to oversee several of the church's auxiliaries, she is also a seamstress, the mother of three, the grandmother of six, and even a great-grandmother.

The Lord has blessed Sister Dulaney with many talents and gifts and uniquely, she does not hesitate to share these many talents and gifts with anyone who is willing to learn. Several years ago, "Fashions by Lady D" was born when she started a sewing class to teach the sisters in the church how to assemble godly attire becoming to holiness. Now simply referred to as "Lady D's", her business includes distinguished, hand-sewn and embroidered lap scarves and ministry towels. Her products can be seen in many churches across the states.

Sister Dulaney has an immense love for children. This love was developed when she was just a child herself and she started caring for the children of the saints at the church where her mother pastored. She has been a licensed foster parent through the Los Angeles County Social Service Agency, served as a Lead Child Development Program Assistant and has run a licensed daycare out of her home. In 1998, she proudly received her Certificate for Child Development and Pre-School Director from Cerritos College in Norwalk, California. She strongly encourages young people to obtain their college degrees and supports this belief by establishing the Ministers' and Deacon Wives' College Fund.

Sister Dulaney is truly a phenomenal woman. She gleans from society and unselfishly brings her wisdom and knowledge back to the house of God where many can reap the benefits.
