In 1957, Dr. Morris L. Dulaney, Sr. was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ and filled  with the Holy Ghost in the city of Pasadena, California. While under the leadership of the late District Elder Thomas Kinslow, he worked faithfully as a Sunday School superintendent and Young Peoples' President. Later, the Lord led him to Ontario, California where he assumed Pastorate of True Vine Apostolic Church, formally pastored by Dr. Carter. From there, he was led to the city of Fontana, California to continue in his ministry.

In 1976, Doctor Dulaney was moved of the Lord to come to the windy city of Santa Ana, California where he founded the work, Zion Apostolic Assembly, which later was renamed, Greater Zion Apostolic Church.

Doctor Dulaney has served faithfully in the California Nevada Hawaii District Council where he held offices of Chaplin and Chairman of the Pulpit Committee. He was elected to the Board of Directors in which he served for six years while simultaneously attending Aenon Bible College.

In 1988, Doctor Dulaney proudly received his Doctor of Theology Degree from the Pentecostal Bible College in Tuskegee, Alabama and then proceeded to receive his Doctor of Divinity Degree from Aenon Bible College.
